Everyone therefore who hears these words of mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, who built his house on a rock. The rain came down, the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat on that house; and it didn't fall, for it was founded on the rock. Everyone who hears these words of mine, and doesn't do them will be like a foolish man, who built his house on the sand. The rain came down, the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat on that house; and it fell—and great was its fall.

Macro & Micro's
Macro & Micro's
80% of our bodies health derives from what we eat. The best way to maintain a healthy & balanced body is to get all your recommended Nutrients. Macro's are Carbs, Fats, and Proteins while Micro's are Vitamins and Minerals. The best way to obtain your Macro's and Micro's, simply put, is to eat a diverse diet. Fruit, Veggies, Meats(debatable), Cheeses, Grains, Nuts, and seeds. Even though this is not difficult per say, sometimes we just don't have time to cook and fast food is the best option. If your always on the go, premium Multi-Vitamins can be extraordinary at RECOMMENDED DOSES. Our bodies can reach toxicity with too many Vitamins but with the Actual Foods of the Rainbow, the nutrients are paired with "Complimentary" nutrients, that Maximize value during consumption. A balanced diet is the fail safe approach, supplementing with a single "1-A-Day" high Quality Vitamin is like treating the fuel in your car with a booster that prolongs the life of your car and makes it run better.

A 360 degree approach to exercise seems more appropriate then concentrated doses of muscle growth or strength building.

My favorite physical activity in life is basketball. A basketball player, runs, jumps, shoots, slides, bends, and spin. The average professional basketball player carries less than 10% body fat and are known as the some of the fastest and strongest humans on earth. In addition, their reflexes are elite, their balance, flexability, agility and stamina are also elite. In 1 game of basketball, a truly great player will use practically every muscle in his body at 90%+ capacity and that muscle will develop a memory that makes it easier to do so every time. In addition to the physical attributes, the focus it takes to push yourself at such high level and focus on winning a game against a worthy opponent is a brain exercise only sports can offer. Sports over weights.

Sleep does 2 key things for the body:
1. Clears the mind of waste while ingraining important information.

6 to 8 hours of sleep is recommended, every persons body is different. Let your body/Mind tell you when it is rested. The more your body is being broken down, the longer it will need to sleep and recover. Our bodies gives us signs, we just need to listen. Because we function better with consistency and repetition, its most appropriate to be disciplined with your sleeping patterns and habits. Try to sleep at the same time and for the same amount of time every day. Take a Melitonin vitamin and Tylenol PM when sick to help sleep as much as possible to allow the body to focus on recovery. Keep Zquil for emergencies. Physical Activity and a Multi-vitamin keeps the body in a routine state. I highly recommend a great mattress and Pillow. Our bodies pressure points and spinal alignment play a key role in our ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. snoring for example is not only caused by excessive fat around the throat it is most commonly caused by the closing of the air ways from a persons neck being bent too much restricting air flow. Its most appropriate to be flat and straight with slight elevation of the upper body and the neck extended to maximize air flow and reduce pressure on the spinal chord. Depending on how you sleep will depend on your most appropriate mattress and pillow. Click here to find your perfect sleep.
