From where I am sitting is a contest in which participants are asked to upload a picture with captions on their Instagram. The word count limit (100 words) for the caption will encourage students to be selective in using appropriate vocabulary, and encourage students to be concise in writing their captions so that their captions avoids verbiage.
Assigned teachers will ask students to take a snapshot of the view in front of where they are sitting (during their free time), and post the picture on Instagram with captions.
Assigned teachers will choose the best two entries to be shortlisted in the final round.
Sample of entry can be viewed from ELEP IIUM Gombak’s Instagram account.
Assigned teachers will ask students to fill in their details in Google Form
Assigned teachers will remind shortlisted entries need to tag ELEP IIUM Gombak’s Instagram account, and add hashtags elepiiumgombak# elepfromwhereIamsitting#
