Image conversion, whiteboard export, and signature generation are performed locally in your browser whenever technically possible.

Work Desk AI may receive and store limited transaction and license information, such as:

Most workspace content is stored locally in your browser through Chrome extension storage.

• Reset your browser profile

You are responsible for creating backups of information you consider important.

Side Panel

Used to display the Work Desk AI workspace in Chrome’s side panel.

Active Tab and Scripting

Used only when the user requests Work Desk AI to insert a saved quick reply into the currently active page.

Clipboard Write

Used when the user chooses to copy notes, replies, or other content to the clipboard.

Host access

Access to the Work Desk AI backend domain is used only for payment, license activation, verification, and restoration.

Permissions are used only for the extension’s disclosed productivity and licensing functions.

6. Limited Use Disclosure

Work Desk AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information collected through Chrome extension permissions is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this Privacy Policy.

Work Desk AI does not use or transfer user data for:
