32 bar reel for 4 couples in 4 couple longwise set.. Easy/ intermediate

Music: any suitable reel 32x4.

½ turn and cast: This move will result in two dancers having swapped places. Turn ½ way by the right hand in two bars, ending close to the other dancer and making eye contact. Then pull right shoulder back to cast (twirl) out to the other dancer’s place in two bars.

Bars: 

1-4 With partner ½ turn and cast. (end 1,2,3,4 opposite sides}

5-8 On 1st diagnonal ½ turn and cast. 1L with 2M, 2L with 3M, 3L with 4M. M1 and L4 don’t move

9-12 Chase 3 places clockwise, until opposite partner. (The set is now inverted, with all on opposite side.)

13- 16 4s and 1s cross RH and cast one place. (3s and 2s move up/down on 3&4)

17-18 4s and 1s circle left half way (now 3,1,4,2 all on opposite side)

19-20 All set

21-24 With partner ½ turn and cast. (3,1,4,2 own sides)

25-28 On 2nd diagonal ½ turn and cast. (3L with 1M, 1L with 4M, 4L with 2M; 3M and 2L don’t move)

29-32 Chase anticlockwise 3 places to be opposite partner.

End 2,4,1,3 ready to repeat from new places
