Print Submission

Pre-submission Info (please read!)

• We aim to print all submissions as soon as we can, within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee same day printing during busy times.

• We use a 'first come, first served' system, only after payment has been received.

• Small Format and Large Format printing is only active during 9am to 4:30pm Mon-Thur, and 9am to 3:30pm Fri, however you are able to submit a file any time through our online store, ready for the start of these active hours. 

• We only accept PDF's or hi-resolution JPGs. The larger the file size, the more likely there are to be errors in the print.

• We print all files unchanged from the original you send us. So ensure you have set the file to the right size. Check sizes here.

• To ensure you have selected the right settings please look at our Colour Space, Crops & Bleeds information and our PDF Setups information.

• We cannot offer refunds or reprints for errors with the original file. 

• The closer you submit your print to a deadline, the less likely we are going to be able to print your file in time.

• If you are wanting to print on your own paper for Small or Large Format, please come and see us in Eldon 01-116 (formerly 1.118) to discuss it beforehand.

• Please note we do not do, or help with, the trimming of your final prints. 

If you are ready to print, follow the steps below.

We will aim to have your work printed as soon as we can. There may be delays during peak times.

You will receive an email confirmation when your print is ready to collect.
