Meet Entries

Thank you for RSVPing to the 4th Annual Zach Peiffer Invitational. We’re looking forward to hosting your teams.

Below is the Team Manager file you will use to submit your entries. Please send all entries to me by December 1st. (if you need more time please let me know ASAP) 

Once received, I will send you an entry report for review and approval. After all teams have confirmed their entries, I will compile and publish the heat sheets on our website.

Dive Sheets

Dive sheets must be submitted ahead of time by scanning and emailing them to:

The dive sheet form is attached. Divers must fill out all dives on this sheet before submission.
If a sheet is incomplete, they will be asked to resubmit it on Friday, the 12th, prior to the start of the meet. Dive sheets may still be adjusted before the meet begins.
