Coaches,
Thank you again for your participation in the 2025 Zach Peiffer Invitational. Please review the information below carefully, as it includes important updates regarding entries, scratches, relays, warm-ups, meet-day procedures, and communication expectations. I will send a link when the psych sheets are ready to go.
No new entries will be accepted. (I will confirm with you tomorrow if you have sent me entries that need to be adjusted)
Scratches will be accepted until Thursday evening at 10:00PM.
Please email all scratches to: coachchubb@gmail.com
We will provide scratch sheets for relay corrections and relay cards when you enter the building on Saturday morning.
You may also declare a false start on these forms if needed.
How to Communicate Lineup Changes
Please email any lineup changes to me. I will update the meet file and send the revised entries back to you for approval. If you have changes after this time you will have a chance to make changes on Saturday morning.
If you have changes due to scratches or no-shows:
A clipboard will be available upstairs in front of the ramp for relay changes and lineup adjustments.
Please complete these changes prior to the scratch meeting.
This process is intended to reduce meeting time and streamline the start of the meet.
Please double-check your entries before the scratch meeting and ensure the following:
Each swimmer may enter a maximum of 4 events (diving counts as an event).
Options include:
2 individual + 2 relays OR
1 individual + 3 relays
Teams may enter unlimited swimmers in individual events.
Teams may enter a maximum of three relays per relay event.
For the 500 freestyle (Events 13 & 14):
There will be 3 heats per event, capping the field at 18 swimmers total.
If your swimmer is cut due to overflow, you may place them in another event.
Coaches Scratch Meeting:
8:00 AM in the Red Land Main Lobby Entrance.
Enter through the main gym and exit toward the far hallway.
Please ensure at least one coach from each team attends.

Circle the swimmer starting the race and assign numbers to the remaining swimmers to indicate correct order.
The first swimmer in the relay should hand the card to the lane timer.
Estimated End Time:
Approximately 3 PM.
An updated timeline will be sent and posted on the Cedar Cliff Swimming and Diving Page.
Meet Program:
The program will be uploaded to the Zach Peiffer Invitational Website
