In 2017, I enrolled in the first promotion of the Double Degree between AgroParisTech and CentraleSupélec (two French Grandes Ecoles) which mainly focused on Health Sciences and Fundamentals of theoritical and applied mathematics in Data Science. I then carried out a more IA focused M.Sc. at Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (ENS).
My PhD project focuses on the design and development of computational methods to study the complex evolutionary process of structural variants in tumour sequencing data (bulk and single-cell sequencing).
