Travel Forms

All students must have travel documents on file through a program called Terra Dotta. These files simply provide required information needed for any immersion trips students are to take at any point in time while studying here at CBU. A simple walkthrough video has been supplied for you so that you may understand how to access Terra Dotta.

 The forms students will need to complete online through Terra Dotta include:

• Driver's License, Vehicle Registration, and Vehicle Insurance Information (only if they decide to drive themselves)

• Emergency Information (General Domestic/Local)

• Travel Release of Liability

You can follow the above link and login their Lancermail username and password. Once you have  completed the forms, your application will be marked as “Accepted.”
