Implications
From the results given, we found four areas of focus which shows the likely condition of the stakeholders in terms of the health component:
The overall health in the community, perhaps due to the existing benefits they got from the programs they attended in, is rated as average hence there is still a need for more of these services to help families in need of it.
Even with the existence of these programs, the respondents either choose not to join or rarely join the activities under these programs. This may also be the reason they have no clear idea on how these programs can be improved exactly.
All of the respondents strongly needed financial assistance to meet the medical needs of their child, especially since it was only recently that a number of them needed to be admitted to a hospital due to complications. Moreover, some of the parents also have their own physical problems which may have gone unnoticed due since they mostly focus on taking care of their children.
But in terms of developing a healthy community, the respondents answered that almost all items are important. Of less importance are good schools, leisure places, race, good economy and sufficient employment.

DEVELOPMENT AND SELECTION OF PROBLEMS
IMPLICATIONS
The chosen population already have effective existing health measures that are being implemented but they mostly focus on meeting the financial and medical needs of the clients. Benefits include free groceries and financial aid to get chemotherapy for the children. Hence, for the Health Component in CBR, the main concerns would center on improving the ease of acquisition of the different health services available in the community as well as the inclusion of the personal needs of the caregivers and the play occupation of the children.
The first point is due to the fact that despite the existence of assistance from the stakeholders, they still encounter problems when it comes to the operation of these services. Among these problems include poor internet connection during teleconsultation, hard to find medication for the children, etc. Better communication leads to a better understanding of the needs, which may in turn lead to improvement of the existing programs or even added help from donors. Hence, to address these problems, our program may include advocating for these individuals in existing institutions that are tasked to help solve these difficulties.
The second point of focus is to address the tendency of parents to compromise their health, choosing to address the needs of their children first. This may result in poor physical health as mentioned in their survey answers wherein some of the parents also have their own diagnosis. Moreover, the children themselves also only have limited time to have fun and play openly in their communities especially due to the precautions that they have to follow. In this case, future programs may choose to create opportunities for both parties to relax and have fun. To achieve this, we may create a fun filled physical program for both the parents and children.
RECOMMENDATIONS
We encourage engagement and communication between the people and the barangay through monthly surveys to gain a better understanding of community issues and to improve the services they provide. In this case, the barangay would be able to communicate more effectively with Everlasting HOPE and determine the organization's needs and how they can assist.
Everlasting Hope can collaborate with the barangay to use social media in the promotion of engaging in a healthy lifestyle through posting posters and videos about activities that they can do individually or together. They may also organize an online event at least once every six months to raise extra funds for the participants, as financial assistance is a major concern. Concerns on government requirements can be made through public announcements using online platforms and creating posters to make it easy for people to learn about it.
Parents were also concerned about purchasing medications, they wanted to know which pharmacies had the medication they needed. We can recommend to EHope for the barangay that they print or post a guideline online with the contact numbers of the pharmacies in the area so that participants can quickly contact them and ask if the meds are available.
