On April 21 2022, the class of BSOT 3A had a stakeholder meeting with the E-Hope Parents and Staff through a virtual platform. Before implementing CBR programs, implementers should gather data and make decisions based on the survey's findings to ensure that the information is relevant and specific to each community. This will guarantee that the programs offered are both cost-effective and realistic, as well as meet the community's actual needs. The purpose of this meeting was to gather information, identify stakeholders and their strength, establish the program's primary issues and goals, and discover what community resources are available. This can assist implementers in obtaining a good understanding of the community's situation or context and determining the program that should be delivered to address the major problem.
The implementers had previously generated the results and SWOT analysis based on the responses from the survey prior to the conference. The survey findings were presented during the meeting and the students prepared questions for the participants and collaborated with them to develop objective trees and conduct SWOT assessments on each component of the system in order to clarify and elaborate the participants' concerns. In particular, the stakeholders were organized into groups that were specific to each component in order to discuss issues in the community, and this situational analysis of the community included the gathering of facts and figures, an analysis of the stakeholders, an analysis of the problem, an analysis of the objectives, and an analysis of the resources.
