Online Weekly Yoga Classes via Zoom
*By joining the Zoom class, you agree to hold harmless Cathleen deSmet, PT and One Body Physical Therapy. In the remote class, you will be responsible for adjusting the posture as needed to keep your body safe.

Wednesdays 9:00 am- 10:15 am Level 1- 2 Incorporating Mindfulness (ongoing class)
*recommended(not required) props: yoga mat, 1-2 yoga blocks, 1-2 blankets or pillow for sitting on floor, chair
Nov/Dec class dates: 11/9, 11/23, 11/30; 12/7, 12/14, 12/21
Thursdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm Slow, gentle class with long holds to quiet your nervous system and promote release of daily stress

*recommended (not required) props: yoga mat, chair, 2 yoga blocks, bolster, 2-3 blankets or pillows for propping, eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes
