Dear friends,

we are glad to give you the first information about the World Committee’s decision on the next ICCS World Seminar and Council 2020, which will be held in Lisbon (Portugal), from 13 to 15 November 2020, with a Pilgrimage to Fatima linked to it, in the days before (11 – 12 November).

 

This will be the Program:

Tuesday 10 November: Arrivals for those who will go to Fatima (Pilgrimage).

Wednesday 11 November: Pilgrimage to Fatima. 

Thursday 12 November: Return from Fatima. Arrivals of all the participants of the World Council after 5 PM.- evening: Dinner of beginning of the Council.

Friday 13 November: morning: Opening of the Council. ICCS World Seminar, Key speaker and workshops – afternoon: the ICCS Regions will run their own Regional Councils – evening: International Dinner

Saturday 14 November: morning: beginning of World Council – afternoon: World Council – evening: Tour in Lisbon

Sunday 15 November, until noon: World Council, closing of works - afternoon : Departures, Organization of the new ICCS World Committee.

 

The venue of the Meeting and all the logistic will be soon booked with the help and support of the local Association, CNE (Corpo Nacional des Escutas) of Portugal.

Please start to plan your coming to Lisbon for this event of ICCS next November 2020 and in the meanwhile, payments of your annual Fees, including all previous unpaid annual fees (2017-2018-2019), must be settled 2 weeks before the beginning of the Council.

Soon the first official document of the Council will be prepared with all the information details and the Agenda of the various encounters.

nous sommes heureux de vous donner les premières informations sur la décision du Comité Mondial sur le prochain Séminaire et Conseil Mondial CICS 2020, qui se tiendra à Lisbonne, (Portugal) du 13 au 15 novembre 2020, avec un Pèlerinage à Fatima qui y est lié, dans les jours avant (11 - 12 novembre).

 

Ce sera le Programme:

Mardi 10 novembre: arrivées pour ceux qui iront à Fatima (Pèlerinage).

Mercredi 11 novembre: Pèlerinage à Fatima.

Jeudi 12 novembre: Retour de Fatima. Arrivées de tous les participants du Conseil Mondial après 17h - soirée: Dîner de début du Conseil.

Vendredi 13 novembre: matin: Ouverture du Conseil. Séminaire Mondial CICS, Conférencier principal et ateliers - après-midi: les Régions CICS dirigeront leurs propres Conseils Régionaux - soirée: dîner international

Samedi 14 novembre: matin: début du Conseil Mondial - après-midi: Conseil mondial - soir: Visite à Lisbonne

Dimanche 15 novembre, jusqu'à midi: Conseil Mondial, clôture des travaux - après-midi: Départs, Organisation du nouveau Comité Mondial CICS.

 

Le lieu de la Réunion et toute la logistique seront bientôt réservés avec l'aide et le soutien de l'Association locale, CNE (Corpo Nacional des Escutas) du Portugal.

Veuillez commencer à planifier votre venue à Lisbonne pour cet événement CICS en novembre 2020 et en attendant, le paiement de vos frais annuels, y compris tous les frais annuels impayés précédents (2017-2018-2019), doit être réglé 2 semaines avant le début du Conseil.

Bientôt, le premier document officiel du Conseil sera préparé avec tous les détails et l'ordre du jour des différentes rencontres.

nos complace darle la primera información sobre la decisión del Comité Mundial sobre el próximo Seminario Mundial y Consejo 2020 de la CICE, que se celebrará en Lisboa (Portugal), del 13 al 15 de noviembre de 2020, con una Peregrinación a Fátima vinculada a ella, en los días antes (11-12 de noviembre).

 

Este será el Programa:

Martes 10 de noviembre: Llegadas para quienes irán a Fátima (Peregrinación).

Miércoles 11 de noviembre: Peregrinación a Fátima.

Jueves 12 de noviembre: Regreso de Fatima. Llegadas de todos los participantes del Consejo Mundial después de las 5 PM.- tarde: Cena de inicio del Consejo.

Viernes 13 de noviembre: mañana: apertura del Consejo. Seminario Mundial CICE, orador principal y talleres - tarde: las Regiones CICE organizarán sus propios Consejos Regionales - noche: cena internacional

Sábado 14 de noviembre: mañana: comienzo del Consejo Mundial - tarde: Consejo Mundial - noche: Tour en Lisboa

Domingo 15 de noviembre, hasta el mediodía: Consejo Mundial, cierre de obras - tarde: Partidas, Organización del nuevo Comité Mundial de CICE.

 

El lugar de la reunión y toda la logística se reservará pronto con la ayuda y el apoyo de la Asociación local, CNE (Corpo Nacional des Escutas) de Portugal.

Comience a planificar su llegada a Lisboa para este evento de ICCS el próximo noviembre de 2020 y, mientras tanto, los pagos de sus tarifas anuales, incluidas todas las tarifas anuales impagas anteriores (2017-2018-2019), deben liquidarse 2 semanas antes del comienzo del Consejo.

Pronto se preparará el primer documento oficial del Consejo con todos los detalles de información y la Agenda de los diversos encuentros.
