What I learned: 

I learned how to articulate the history and various philosophies in early childhood education. Also, discuss components, objectives and characteristics of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education, and develop a DAP activity for an age group appropriate to this course.

How will it help in the future? 

This course has given me the knowledge and understanding on what to include in my classroom and which learning opportunities and support to give each student.
