HELLO EVERYONE!

My name is Catherine Ocampo and I am 21 years old. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. My passion of becoming a teacher sparked in my senior year of high school. I became a teacher assistant to a 5th grade class, and I enjoyed it very much! The children and I connected so well and I saw myself teaching in the future. That's when I decided I wanted to pursue a teaching career in hopes of having my own Kindergarten classroom one day. 

Currently, I am a student at College of Southern Nevada. I am majoring in Early Childhood Education. I intend on graduating from CSN in Spring 2023 with my Associates in ECE. My plan is to continue my education at Nevada State College and work towards receiving my bachelor's degree. 

This portfolio is a collection off all the work I have completed during my time at CSN. Enjoy!
