If you need a copy of your transcript for college admissions or scholarship applications, you need to submit a request with our registrar, Ms. Sherrion Lee. Outside Ms. Lee’s office in the Front Office, you will find a clipboard on which you can submit your request. The form must be completed as Federal Law dictates that we cannot accept transcript requests via e-mail or phone and that all requests be signed.
You need to submit a request for a transcript NO LATER than 10 DAYS PRIOR to the DUE DATE.
If you graduated from Cass High more than two years ago, you will need to contact the district office to obtain a copy of your high school transcript. Click here for the district’s request form and more information!
