1. Apply toward any merchant's digital gift card: Add the gift card to your cart. On the payment screen, click the box that states "Apply Available Cash Back" and complete the order. Your cash back will be deducted from the total. If your gift card purchase is more than your available cash, your selected credit card will be charged for the balance.

2. Redeem for a Check: From the Dashboard, click on "Redeem" that is located in the Cash Earned box. Choose "Send Me a Check" and the check will be mailed to the shipping address on the account. Choose "Send as a Gift" to send it to someone else by entering their contact information. You will be prompted to enter the redemption amount and then to click "Redeem." Please allow 5-7 business days to receive the check. As a reminder, check requests less than $25 have a $5 processing fee.

3. Redeem at the business that enrolled you: While each of our business partners that offers the CashPass program to their customers is different, most will allow you to redeem your cash back at their business for the purchase of goods and/or services. If the business allows this, you will see an option for "Redeem at {Business Name}" on the Redeem Cash screen, accessible from the Dashboard by tapping on the "Redeem" button.

Simple – you just shop like you always have at participating merchants, and when it’s time to pay, instead of giving your credit card to the cashier (or food server), you use your smartphone to buy the merchant’s digital gift card through CashPass. It’s delivered to your phone instantly, and you use that for the purchase, getting up to 12% cash back. Check out our tutorial video to see how easy it is.

*Please note, once you create a CashPass account, you can sign in from any device with the app installed using your username and password.

No, not at all. Here are the main differences:

• With CashPass, you earn cash in stores AND online.

• Cash back can also be earned at 100’s of restaurants across the country with CashPass.

• CashPass cash back earned is instant, not deposited quarterly.

• Cash back earned can be used for your next purchase with CashPass easily at checkout.

But best of all, CashPass can be used in conjunction with Ebates/Rakuten! So if you are an Ebates/Rakuten user, continue to earn cash back through Ebates/Rakuten, but when it comes time to pay for your online purchase, use a CashPass digital gift card to pay. For example: Let’s say you buy online at Under Armor through Ebates/Rakuten. Pay at checkout with CashPass and you’ll earn 7% from Ebates/Rakuten and 8.1% from CashPass (15.1%) on your purchase!

Oh, and if your associated credit card you use for the purchase in CashPass offers points/miles/cash back for purchases, you'll earn that too! It's a true TRIPLE DIP!

But hold on, we're not done yet! If the business you're purchasing from has its own rewards program, you will still earn those rewards too! Now it's a QUADRUPLE DIP!! No way? Yes, way!!

Yes! Smart shoppers maximize coupons, promo codes and store sales first, and then use CashPass to earn cash back on their discounted checkout price.

Yes, you can have multiple payment methods on file for making digital gift card purchases. These are added to your account in the My Account / Payment Methods section of the app or by making a purchase with the new card during checkout and selecting the box to save it for later. You can also “nickname” your cards for easy reference when making purchases.

Go to your Wallet and press the “check balance” button next to any digital gift card and the current balance will appear. If this option is not available, then the merchant does not support balance checks through CashPass. For these instances, try going directly to the merchant's website and look for a “check gift card balance” function. Balance check information is sometimes provided on the digital gift card itself as well.

Most merchants will not allow you to use a digital gift card to purchase plastic gift cards. So, for example, you will not be able to purchase a CVS digital gift card and then purchase plastic gift cards in the store. There are other situations where brands will not allow you to use their digital gift cards for certain purchases – please check with the merchant first if you are unsure if you are able to use a digital gift card for your intended purchase.

No. Please check with your credit card issuer to determine what they consider to be a valid form of payment, but in general digital gift cards can only be used on the purchase of merchandise.

The CashPass app is available for free download from the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store.

You must have an invitation/activation code from the business that invited you to use the app. The CashPass app is not available to the general public.

Yes. Any debit or credit card that has a Visa/MC/Amex/Discover logo can be added as a payment method. Store credit cards that do not have these logos (i.e. - Kohl's, Belk, The Home Depot) cannot be added as per the merchant's credit card terms and conditions.

By the way, when making a purchase using CashPass, you will get to "double dip" on rewards when you use any credit card that earns you cash back/points/miles for purchases. You'll earn instant cash back with CashPass AND you'll earn your standard credit card rewards.

But wait, there's more! If the business your purchasing from has their own rewards program, you will still earn those rewards too! How cool is that?!

We do offer digital gift cards for some airlines, such as Delta, Southwest, and American Airlines. Receive instant cash back when you purchase one of these airline gift cards through the App. Use the gift card to pay for your flight with that airline. You will also receive 3% cash back on Hotels.com bookings when you book through our app. Alternatively, you can take advantage of our partnership with Priceline to earn cash back on your next airline, hotel, and car rental reservation. With our Priceline partnership, you can earn 9% cash back on hotels and 3% on rental cars. These reservations can take up to 2 weeks to be reported back to us. Once reported, we will post these transactions into your account as Pending Cash. After your hotel stay, flight or car rental is completed, we’ll be notified again and will move your cash from Pending to Available.

There is no minimum purchase limit of CashPass digital gift cards. You will not be penalized if you do not purchase anything from us - you won't earn any cash back either though 😞

We do have quarterly purchasing maximum limits that we impose to help manage available inventory with our participating merchants. These limits reset on the calendar quarter. For specifics, please us at support@loyalty-trac.com so we can provide you with the limits for your membership.

Unfortunately, the merchants only provide the cash back on the purchase of their digital gift cards, so we are unable to add cash back for those purchases.

Yes. From the My Account screen, tap on the red "Cancel Account" button. You will be asked to confirm your decision (this action cannot be undone!) before cancelling permanently. Once cancelled, you may forfeit any unused cash back and you will no longer have access to this app and links to the digital gift cards stored in it.
