III. New Business, Librarian Murphy
Friends of Casey Twp Library:
Continue to be pushy/a pest. Mail letters to Chapin Rose, Adam Neimerg to inquire when we might receive our Library Construction Grant.
Chapin Rose will be in Casey end of May. This would be a good time for face-to-face
Imagination Library, Librarian Murphy
Currently, 93 are enrolled in the program. Children continue to sign up, but also grow out of the program at age 5.

Mother Goose attendance is packed and will continue thru the summer.
Tuesday Adult Bingo is crowded and loved
Book deliveries are loved and much appreciated
Summer Employee
Hired Alyssa Fahr and Racheal Chumbley to work 3 months, during the 6 months absence of Abby Solorio for mission work.
Motion made by Stoutin to pay Fahr and Chumbley $16.00 per hour. Motion seconded by Crouch. Motion carried
Daughhetee suggested contacting Debra Shoemaker, coordinator for the CEFF program. Program is for youth ages 18-24 who have never worked a paid job before. Program would pay for 29 hrs per week.

Capital Campaign Research
Toledo Newspaper
Murphy would like to place ads in their paper about the library’s programs and activities. Board thought a good idea because there are no newspapers, at this time, in Clark Co.
Cards for Kids
Allow all school age students, age 3 and under age 18 in Casey-Westfield public school system, to have a FREE library card including those outside Casey Twp. Motion by Crouch, seconded. Motion carried.
Building Expansion and Finance, Librarian Murphy
Crouch has made positive contact with an officials of Moonshine Solar, EDP Renewable. Library should be receiving a significant donation in near future.
Landscaper Replacement
Dirk Pogue is retiring and unable to take care of library’s landscaping any longer. Pogue has never charged the library for his services over many years.
Board advised Murphy to search for another landscaper and report back at next meeting
