The House:

Our most recent property (2017). A mix of old and contemporary: a rustic-looking house on the outside, maintaining the original design of the 1783 building; inside, contemporary and minimalist lines. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Bathroom with shower tray and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The house has air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and both bedrooms. For extra comfort, all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. It also has a laundry area with various equipment available for the use of our guests. The whole house has free and unlimited Wi-Fi coverage. You can also count on a satellite television system (MEO), with several Portuguese and foreign channels. Bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are provided. Outside, guests will have access to a patio with a variety of outdoor furniture, barbecue facilities, private parking, garden and pool area. The pool is private and exclusive for guests *. In our properties we do not provide breakfast; the houses are self-catering, with fully equipped kitchens and all the necessary utensils for making meals. The house is rented to one group at a time, so no one else will share the space at the same time. We will be waiting for you. See you soon!

Low season (October to May) - 75€/night

Mid season (June & September) - 100€/night

High season (July & August) - 125€/night

• Prices shown are for complete rental of the house, up to a maximum of 4 people.

• VAT included at the rate of 6%.

• A refundable security deposit of 150€ will also be charged.

• Minimum stay: 3 nights in low season, 4 nights in mid season and 7 nights in high season.
