Providing self catering accommodation in the heart of Portugal since 2007! Connected to the building / real estate industry since 2000, many friends/clients asked us where to find good accommodations in the Center of Portugal. At the time, apart from a few hotels in neighboring towns, accommodation was scarce or practically nonexistent in rural areas of our region. Very often, we would travel to Coimbra, Pombal & other towns to escort clients on business trips, and very often we discovered that clients weren't happy with the level of service provided, neither with location & type of accommodation (hotel). In 2007, our first holiday rentals came from the need to provide better quality accommodation, and face the lack of a different type of touristic offer in the area (holiday homes). The first two properties proved to be a success, so great that they still exist nowadays fully operational, but with different ownership and management. In our building / real estate ventures we built and sold properties that would also become successful rental properties, operated by their owners, many still in activity up to this date. In 2014 we remodeled our activity/concept to answer the needs of a rapidly increasing rental market. Since, more & better properties joined our list of available rentals. Our standard has always been high quality accommodation & our goal full satisfaction of our guests. Since 2008, when new tourism regulations were implemented, all our properties have proudly been rewarded 'AL' licenses for your safety & peace of mind. We specialize in welcoming families that wish to spend holidays in our region, but we can also answer the needs of business trips (property hunting, etc.) & long term rentals. We are dedicated to providing a personal, friendly and professional service to all of our guests. We look forward to hearing from you!

'The house was very clean and like on the pictures; communication with Eurico was very easy and helpful; the village is very small and you need a car to get around, but this is absolutely peaceful and relaxing; the bread delivery van (comes around 8 to 9 am) is recommended; the pool is very nice and clean, too; all together, the accommodation is highly recommended'.

'We had a wonderful time in Sico Lodge. The apartment turned out to be very clean and comfortable. We loved the quiet little village the house is in, with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. We stayed for a month in the fall and enjoyed the quiet surroundings, went for long walks in the neighbourhood, had lunch in lots of different Portuguese restaurants. Also, there was a lot to see and admire within driving distance: Tomar, Coimbra, Conimbriga, Leiria, Figuera da Foz, and interesting castles everywhere. We sure hope to return one day'.

'Stayed here for a month and it was a fantastic stay. Amazing lodge that has everything and more. Ultra modern and tastefully decorated. Eurico knows exactly what he is doing...a real professional at this game. Truly outstanding value and can't recommend enough. WIFI, air con, window shutters...the list goes on. 'Even before our arrival we were given loads of information and instructions to find the Casa, which is in a beautiful rural location. We were met with a smile which remained for the duration of our extended stay. Minor problems were dealt with promptly, nothing being too much trouble for our host and family. We loved living in the small friendly community, the small towns had everything we needed. The weather was kind and the people even kinder. It was like stepping back in time and illustrates what we've lost as a society in U.K. The Cantinho is very well equipped, the pool a real bonus, and the gardens lovely. I am disabled (mobility) and although I don't think the cantinho was advertised as such it was certainly 'disability friendly'.

We appreciated the exact directions with photos where to turn per email, otherwise we could not find this wonderful place because the route planner did not find the address. But we could use your TomTom for our trips in your beautiful landscape. The portfolio of restaurants and trips is great, I´ve never seen such a beautiful and complete portfolio done with love!
