Nestled in a charming 3,500m² rustic estate, Cantinho do Outeiro is the perfect getaway for those seeking peace, privacy, and comfort in the heart of Portugal.

Since 2014, we’ve welcomed guests eager to experience nature’s beauty and the tranquility of an authentic countryside retreat. Our cozy house offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, with the warm charm of rural living.

Your Private Home Away from Home

The property includes a fully independent house surrounded by a private garden, ensuring complete privacy. Although the owners live nearby, the house has its own entrance and parking, giving you total freedom.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms — one double and one twin — perfect for up to four guests. The bathroom features a shower and hairdryer, while the fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals at your leisure.

Comfort All Year Round

Stay comfortable no matter the season with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, plus a pellet stove for cozy winter nights. Other amenities include a washing machine, unlimited free Wi-Fi, and satellite TV with Portuguese and international channels.

Fresh linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided for your convenience.

Outdoor Relaxation

Enjoy the outdoor patio and terrace furnished with comfortable seating — ideal for relaxing in the fresh air. There’s also a barbecue area, private parking, a lovely garden, and our exclusive swimming pool.

Please note: the pool is located about 50 meters from the house and requires a short walk. We recommend this be considered by guests with limited mobility or unsupervised children.

Self-Catering Freedom

Cantinho do Outeiro operates on a self-catering basis, giving you the freedom to cook your own meals and enjoy complete independence during your stay. While we don’t provide breakfast, this allows you to create your own culinary experiences.

The house is rented to one group at a time, ensuring exclusive use of the space — no sharing with other guests.

💰 Nightly rates (entire house, up to 4 guests):

🟢 Low Season (October to May):
€80 per night
(Minimum stay: 4 nights)

🟡 Mid Season (June and September):
€100 per night
(Minimum stay: 5 nights)

🔴 High Season (July and August):
€120 per night
(Minimum stay: 7 nights)

• Prices apply to the rental of the entire house, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests.

• All rates include VAT at the current legal rate (6%).

• A refundable security deposit of €150 is required, returned after check-out following property inspection.

• Minimum stay requirements vary by season: 4 nights (low), 5 nights (mid), 7 nights (high).
