Send us an email to eurico.louro@gmail.com with dates, number of guests, and name of the selected property.
Wait for our answer. If there is availability for the selected dates we will confirm the total price, and send details to pay the deposit.
To confirm your booking, you will have to pay a deposit of 30% by bank transfer in 24 hours*. Balance will be paid at arrival. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not reimbursable. At this stage, we will require more details: full name, address, passport or fiscal number, phone number and email address.
As soon as we receive the deposit, the booking will be confirmed! You wont have to do anything else. We will send a confirmation email, together with more details about your stay: keys, directions, balance payment, security deposit**, etc.
It's done! See you at arrival. In the meanwhile, we're always available to answer any questions you may have.
*note: we will only hold selected dates for a maximum of 24 hours until booking is confirmed (by paying the deposit). We cannot guarantee the full 48 hours in all situations. We work with all the major reservation platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Tripadvisor, etc.) with 'instant bookings'. At any moment a booking via those partners might be immediately confirmed. For that reason, it's always advisable to pay the deposit as soon as possible.
