Cantinho do Outeiro

The House:

Inserted in a small rustic farm with approximately 3500m2, 'Cantinho do Outeiro' is available for holidays in Center of Portugal since 2014. In the farm there is another house (owners), but each house is independent, with its private surrounding gardens and independent vehicle entrances/parking areas. The house has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Bathroom with shower tray and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room; it also has a pellet stove (winter stays). Washing machine and various equipment available to use by our guests. The whole house has free and unlimited Wi-Fi coverage. You can also count on a satellite television system (MEO) with several Portuguese and foreign channels. Bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are provided. Outside, guests will have access to a patio/terrace with a variety of outdoor furniture, barbecue facilities, private parking, garden and pool area. The pool is private and exclusive for guests *. In our properties we do not provide breakfast; the houses are self-catering, with fully equipped kitchens and all the necessary utensils for making meals. The house is rented to one group at a time, so no one else will share the space at the same time. We will be waiting for you. See you soon!

* Note: The pool and surrounding area is very private and exclusive for guests. However, and despite being included in the farm, the pool area is not immediately next to the house. You will need to take a short walk of approximately 50 meters to the pool area; for this reason, our swimming pool may not be ideal for people with reduced mobility, nor will it be advisable for children without adult supervision.

'Cantinho do Outeiro' is located in the village of Outeiro, municipality of Ansião, district of Leiria; approximately 30 km south of Coimbra and 20 km east of Pombal, right in the heart of Sicó region.

Prices:

Low season (October to May) - 75€/night

Mid season (June & September) - 95€/night

High season (July & August) - 115€/night

Prices shown are for complete rental of the house, up to a maximum of 4 people.
VAT included at the rate of 6%.
A refundable security deposit of 150€ will also be charged.
Minimum stay: 3 nights in low season, 4 nights in mid season and 7 nights in high season.
