The apartment has everything one needs and is rather close to the beach.
John and Carin were quick to respond to any questions we had.
Overall we had a really lovely stay and recommend the place highly.

Apartamento muy coqueto y buena presencia. Piscina privada en la urbanización. Parking privado.
Negativo: La red del balcón ,el sofá cama del dormitorio y la salida estresante llamando a la puerta un cuarto de hora antes

Muy buena ubicación, tranquilidad, seguridad y todo tal como se ve en las imágenes. Además un Lidl en la puerta de la urba.
Very good location, tranquility, security and everything as seen in the images. Also a Lidl at the door of the city.

My husband & I stayed at Casa JoCa Duquesa apartment in Torremolinos for 3 months, we had an amazing time, the apartment was just perfect for everything, It is walking distance to the fabulous Marina in Benalmádena, which has high end restaurants, it’s about 20 minutes walk to Fountain Square, which is a fabulous sun trap in the winter months, you can get a bottle of wine & 4 Tapas for €10, and many many more lovely restaurants close to the apartment, it doesn’t get much better 😎 ☀️ 🥂 We booked directly with the owners, who are lovely people, always happy to help should you need it. We would definitely stay again & would highly recommend.

Bij deze wil ik jullie bedanken voor en complimenteren van deze zeer nette en schone apt. Er is overal over nagedacht en alles was aanwezig in dit apt. Ik en mijn gezin hebben daardoor een super vakantie gehad. In de toekomst zal ik zeker nog een keer gaan huren en aanbevelen.
Hereby I want to thank you for and compliment this very neat and clean apt. Everything has been thought about and everything was present in this apt. I and my family had a great holiday as a result. In the future I will definitely rent and recommend again.

Spend a lovely week here with our two children. It was such a lovely place to come for a holiday. The apartment is so close to everything! Beautiful decorated, has everything you need. Beautifull views! You have a lovely place to stay & will love to stay again soon. The pool is amazing & having Lidl and supermarkets so close is ideal. Thanks for letting us stay. See you soon.

Lieve John & Carin, Hartelijk dank dat wij voor om en nabij een week in jullie appartement mochten verblijven. Wat hebben jullie hier iets moois van gemaakt en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het slaapbed/bank viel goed in de smaak (Het lag beter/zachter dan de gewone matras). De omgeving is ideaal met de Lidl en boulevard op loopafstand. Nog heel veel plezier met dit mooie appartement in deze bijzondere omgeving. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad.
Dear John & Carin, Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your apartment for about a week. You have made something really beautiful here and equipped with all conveniences. The sleeping bed / couch was well received (it was better / softer than the regular mattress). The area is ideal with the Lidl and promenade within walking distance. Enjoy this beautiful apartment in this special environment. We have really enjoyed ourselves.

This is a beautiful apartment. It has everything you need for your stay. The owners have thought of everything. They provided tourist information, air con, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful space to relax in after a day in the sun. The owners were very quick to respond to any queries before and during our stay.
The children were very happy that they could watch tv in English and we could watch Wimbledon! We would love to return again in the future.
