JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenges are Brigade-level events for Army JROTC Cadets that take place accross the world. JCLCs are typically held at Boy Scout camps or military installations and incorporate adventure, leadership, and STEM activities as part of the camps.
Camp Success JCLC is a 7 day JROTC summer camp typically held at Fort A. P. Hill, VA where approximately 900 Cadets from majority of the Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. Army JROTC programs will meet. Cadets will be fully engaged in activities such as rappelling, obstacle courses, orienteering, drill and ceremonies, Raiders, survival, robotics, and various other team building events. The intent is to challenge cadets in an austere environment and develop their leadership, communication, and social skills.
