Wrap-Around

2026-2027 WRAP AROUND 

Registration will be available soon!  We were aiming for April 1st, but with the influx of incoming students & changes to the regristration format, we are revamping our Wrap Around Program to meet the needs of all families, while streamlining the processes. 

A few things to know before registering for Wrap-Around: 

• Open to current UPK students only. 

• Follows the NT Schools calendar - so if the school is closed, then so is Wrap Around.  Due to the lack of availability for food on HALF days & required staff training, there is only AM Wrap on Half Days. 

• Hours of Before & School Care  

  • AM Wrap-- 7:30am-9:00am 

  • PM Wrap-- 2:15pm-4:00pm 

• Available Childcare Programs:

  • AM Only 

  • PM Only 

  • Both AM & PM 

• Flexible Choices of Schedules

  • Full Time Schedule: 4-5 days per week 

  • Part Time Schedule: 3 or less days per week (approx.60% of the school year) 

• COST

  • AM + PM Full Time- $350 per month 

  • AM/PM Full Time- $210 per month 

  • AM + PM Part Time- $216 per month 

  • AM/PM Part Time- $130 per month 

  • Billed September- June, same amount every month- predictable payment amounts, no surprises. 

• Payment Breakdown: 

  • 180 Days in a school year

  • 108 Days for a part time schedule (60% x 180= 108 days)

  • Full Time students get 5 free days of Care. That will be factored into payments. 

    • AM/PM Wrap $12 a day 

    • AM + PM Wrap $20 a day 

    • September-June Wrap Around Tuition:

      • AM/PM ONLY Full Time: 175 days x $12= $2,100 per year  (divided by 10 months) $210 per month

      • AM+PM Full Time:  175 days x $20 = $3,500 per year (divided by 10 months) $350 per month

      • AM/PM ONLY Part Time: 108 days x $12 = $1,296 per year (divided by 10 months) $130 per month 

      • AM + PM Part Time: 108 days x $20 = $2,160 per year (divided by 10 months) $216 per month 

• You will be charged based on the schedule that you choose, NOT attendance. Think of it as reserving a spot and you pay for that spot in the program.  

• Families will be billed MONTHLY.  Invoices will be sent out on the first and payment will be due on/before the 15th of every month.   This is includes September, but we will be unable to accept payments until September 8th (first day of school).  It is still due by the 15th.
