Physicals are required by NYS OCFS Regulations.
Solely, because our students under the age of 5 and attend a program for longer than 2.5 hours, we fall under the jurisdictions of the Office of Children & Family Services along with the NYS Department of Education. We are required to follow the stricter of the two regulations.
We MUST have them before students can be left in our care.
Must be dated between September 4, 2023- September 3, 2024. EX. July 13, 2023 will not be accepted. However, July 13, 2024 is perfect!
Annual Physicals that happen in the summer can be submitted as soon as they are completed.
