Be Prepared by having...
1. Parking instructions
Please provide clear directions, including gate codes or apartment numbers, for quick and safe access. Notify us if parking requires a long walk to your location so we can plan the time. If your complex has paid or restricted parking, please reserve and pay for our spot beforehand to keep your cat's grooming on schedule.
2. Please be home
Be home for the entirety of your arrival window provided by HTC. Our groomers will arrive within that window. Groomers can only wait for 15 minutes before they must move on, and a no call/no show fee will apply. You may have anyone over the age of 16 who knows the desired services, and can make payment can meet us for the grooming.
3. A space where the grooming team can work
A comfortable setup for your cat’s groom. Choose a clean, cozy spot like a kitchen counter, laundry area, or bathroom counter—where your kitty feels safe. Make sure there’s an outlet nearby for haircut or drying services, and have a towel and washcloth ready with your cat’s familiar scent to help them relax.
4. A calm environment
If your household has had a recent change or if anyone at home is currently sick with a contagious illness, please let us know so we can adjust or reschedule as needed. Big shifts like a family visit, construction, a new pet or person, a move, or a major routine change can leave your kitty feeling unsettled. When things are calmer and everyone is healthy, your cat will handle the groom far better, and we’ll all have a safer appointment.
5. A calm and familiar presence for your kitty
Your cat takes emotional cues from you. Having their favorite person present who knows the desired services and is prepared to make payment helps set a reassuring tone.
We and the kitties thank you!! 🐱💛
