For over 50 years the Carol Beach Property Owners Association has been serving the residents of the
Carol Beach neighborhood in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Carol Beach boundaries have shifted over its history, but for membership in the association,
we include neighbors from Lake Michigan to the east, to Sheridan Road to the west, the Kenosha Dunes (85th Street) to the north, and the Wisconsin-Illinois border to the south.
Annual dues are $30 per family.

ADVOCACY-- protecting and preserving Carol Beach,
SOCIAL EVENTS-- several times a year,
and EDUCATION.

Our mission
1. To serve as an advocate to protect, preserve and enhance the beauty of our unique neighborhood;
2. To host social events including our big three traditional annual events:
- a membership dinner, usually in the Spring,
- a 4th of July parade and picnic, and
- a Winter holiday pizza party for members & other fun events!
3. To promote education and interaction among our residents.
