(This page is a work in progress but) here's a video of me working on the Kitchen and Drawers:
I've developed a meal prep system when I head out on the road. I can fit at least 2 weeks worth of food in my Dometic refrigerator. I generally bring about 6 meal-prep containers of pasta and 8 frozen packets that I've prepped with seasoned fish and vegetables. I thaw the fish and pop it in the InstantPot with some chopped-up mini potatoes. I use my InstantPot for most cooking or reheating. It does have an electrical power draw but since I only use it for a few minutes at a time it doesn't set me back too much.
Although I like to be prepared with enough food that I'm not forced to go searching for it, I do like to experience the local cuisine, so if I come across a great brunch spot or am posted up at a cool festival-type event like the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, I usually forgo my frozen meal prep and grab a burrito and a funnel cake instead. It's important to get the local experience. But it's nice to know that I always have food when I need it.
