Once your orders are done, you will be sent a photo of the order for final confirmation before we ship out. It will be packed securely in a box and bubble wrap before being placed in a mailer pouch to protect it from the elements.
SHIPPING
Final outputs are generally shipped out via J&T Express, as they are the most convenient courier for Cards & Crafts PH. We also use LBC Express or Lalamove as we see fit. Upon booking, we will send you the tracking number and/or waybill (for Lalamove, a tracking link will be sent to you). You are responsible for tracking your package and making sure it arrives at your address. This is why we strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping address prior to placing the order.
If in rare instances, your package is delayed or being held at the courier's sorting hub, you must retrieve it yourself. There's only so much we as a business can do regarding packages. Any issues must be taken up with the courier's management.
Once the package leaves our office, it is no longer our responsibility. But we will gladly help you locate the package.
PICKUP
Orders may also be picked up at our production office. Just search us on Waze "CARDS & CRAFTS PH" to get the pin to our location.
The schedule of pickup is from 3 pm to 5 pm, Mondays to Fridays (except on holidays and weekends).
