Once a deposit or payment has been made, it is not refundable, including when an order is modified or canceled. This is because envelopes and materials are purchased when the order is placed, and Cards & Crafts PH's time and resources have been invested up to the point of order.

 If you are not satisfied with the layout, please let us know how we can improve on it. We'll make sure to meet your expectations as long as they do not infringe on our design and layout policies.

 If your event is canceled or postponed to a later date, your payment, less the cost of any service already rendered or product produced, will be exchanged for store credits that you can use to purchase invitations and souvenirs from our store at a later date or transfer to another customer. 

Change of mind is not acceptable.
