Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer any refunds on invitations and stationery items. We do not accept returns or refunds on our invitations unless we are at fault for any misprints or errors made.
Cards & Crafts PH will provide a reprint of the product at our own cost under the following circumstances:
Production error – including faulty print work such as blurred lettering, insufficient ink application, or incorrect hand assembly
The layout/product wording is different from the latest digital proof that has been approved by the customer. Full liability for final proofreading lies solely with the customer, and Cards & Crafts will only take responsibility for the cost of the reprint if the printed artwork is different than the final, approved digital proof, irrespective of the previous drafts and edit requests by customers
The product delivered is different from the one ordered
The quantity of the products delivered is lower than ordered and paid for
If a Product contains an error, misprint, or any other issues as stipulated above which are directly the fault of Cards & Crafts PH, and the claim has been made within seven (7) days, we will provide a reprint at no cost to you.
Cards & Crafts PH will NOT provide a full refund or resupply its services at no cost under the following circumstances:
Delays in delivery that are the responsibility of the courier/freight companies
Production error in the approved layout, which is the customer's fault
