Please understand that making invitations is a very time-consuming job. Each invitation is handcrafted individually with much care and precision. We make sure that you, as our customer, will feel satisfaction every step of the way.
LAYOUT
You will receive your layout, in JPEG format, within the timeframe indicated in your order. It is your responsibility to check each page/insert or collateral for any issues in details, content, spelling, and QR code (if any).
REVISION
You are entitled to two (2) free revisions on the layout that we send you. A Revision Form will be sent to you where you can indicate all your revision instructions and any other additional instructions that you may have. Note that we do not accept instructions that are sent to us outside of the form, whether via email or messenger. For any and all revision points, use the form.
If after two (2) revisions, you still have instructions that need to be addressed, an additional fee will be charged.

PRINTING APPROVAL
Once you are satisfied with the revisions on your layout, you will have to express your APPROVAL to print. We want to ensure that your invitations are perfect before printing. This is why we require confirmation from whoever placed the Invitation Order. We will not begin printing until we get approval from you.
TEST PRINT APPROVAL
Before we start mass printing your order, we will send you a test print first for your final checking. You can request changes in font colors and minimal editing such as placement and spelling of names. Approve the test print and only then will we start printing.
REVISION AFTER PRINTING APPROVAL
Once you approve the test print, we will immediately begin working on the invitations and the order and design can not be modified anymore. In some circumstances, we can make changes to the design for an additional fee.
