During my second year as a science research student I am working on how CD4 T cells effect cancer and seeing if it can eradicate the cancer in various parts of the body. I am pursuing the question of how do CD4 T cell phenotypes and effector function change over the course of tumor progression in the tumor, lymph nodes, and spleen? I am working with my mentor and teacher to complete a scientific paper on my topic and prepare for the WESEF competition I will take part in later in the year.
