Tammy works as a Teacher of the Deaf for Lubbock ISD at Irons Middle School! In her free time she enjoys working outside in the yard and being in the great outdoors. She enjoys teaching ASL classes because she is passionate about communication and spreading awareness. 

Mercedez works for Texas Workforce Commision as a Senior Unit Support Coordinator in Lubbock, TX. In her free time she enjoys journaling, creating art, and spending time with family and her rescue pup VaDa. Teaching ASL is deeply personal to Mercedez as it is a language that has shaped her life and identity. Her goal for students is for them to leave with empathy, confidence, respect for Deaf culture, and a genuine desire to create a more inclusive world.

Jenée is the owner and CEO of 512 Terps, an interpreting agency that serves Lubbock and other areas in Texas! She has two cute, but crazy, pups- Deco and Barnie. A bowl of fresh fruit is something that always hits the spot for Jenée! She enjoys teaching ASL because seeing students grow and progress in their language skills is an exciting and rewarding experience.
