Closed captioning is available on our Facebook page weekly videos. Each performance's live stream and recording has closed captioning.
Large print programs (16px font for the body text, sans serif font) are available at each Sunday performance and our holiday concert season.
Program materials including translations are available for every performance online to meet specific accessibility needs.

Our parking lot is conveniently located directly across the street from 75 Claremont Avenue.
Our Lady of Sorrows has a ground floor sidewalk entry with wheelchair access via ramp.
ADA-compliant restroom is available.
Our performances feature general admission seating, free of charge. Seating charts indicating special seating areas for wheel chair placement and attendees with service animals are available at each performance.
ADA-compliant signage is posted on all entrances and bathroom facilities.

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
Concerns about disability-based discrimination can be directed to our Executive Director at cantantesincordibus@gmail.com. The Director will contact you within two weeks of receiving your complaint to discuss the matter and explore potential solutions. Within 15 days following this discussion, the Director or their designee will provide a written response, and if applicable, in a format that is accessible to the complainant, outlining the final resolution. All written complaints will be kept on file for a minimum of three years.Â
