Pets may be our priority, but we care about our clients just as much. That is why we have high-standards when it comes to keeping our space clean and our equipment sterile. Between each appointment, we sweep the room from the previous appointments and wipe down any necessary areas/items. We also have strict protocols in place to reduce the risk of spreading infection for both humans and animals. If we suspect an animal may be contagious, we close that area off from any of our clients to enter and deeply clean/sanitize. We do not re-open that area until we deem appropriate.
Our team goes above and beyond to treat every client and patient with hospitality. Not all pets enjoy going to the vet's office, but our approach is designed to make the visit as stress-free as possible. What makes our examinations so unique is that they are all done on the floor so that we may approach them from their level with patience and understanding. When the pet is in distress, often times the owner is as well, so we do everything we can to mitigate that. We hope that in turn, this creates a positive and memorable experience for both pet and owner.

As you may have spotted, we do have a few resident kitties that like to keep us company. We currently have seven cats, but only three tolerate us humans. The others usually stay hidden until after hours, but we love them all the same.
