For the love of education, unity suits teachers better than a race for a pile of gold. In a recent press conference held at Camarines Sur National High School on December 8, 2025, Bryan Cariaga, the Chief of Curriculum Implementation of the School Division Office at Naga City (SDO Naga), discussed the Expanded Career Progression (ECP) System, which seemingly sounded like a competition rather than a movement for education reform.

The Department of No. 24, S. 2025, Expanded Career Progression System (ECPS), provides efficient promotions for teachers to recognize their tireless hard work, as well as to boost their teaching morale and determination.
