Requirements

Before you can schedule a SIFT, you have to complete the following:

• GT score of 110 or above

• review the sample 4187 to ensure that you complete the document correctly

• type your information into a blank 4187 (download below) following the sample

• acquire permission and CAC signature from your commander

• submit the 4187 to Education Center to schedule your SIFT exam

NOTE: The 4187 must be typed and it must be e-sign with CAC by your commander
