Whip Mitt is provided by Cameron’s Enterprise. This policy explains how information is handled when you play, view advertisements, make purchases or contact us.
Support and privacy contact: cameronsenterprise.games@gmail.com
Whip Mitt stores campaign progress, stars, scores, settings, cosmetic selections, gameplay tokens and purchased-coin records on your device. It also records local gameplay attempt and duration information used for testing game difficulty. The game does not require a player account or provide a public player profile. The current game does not send its local difficulty-test records to a developer analytics server.
Local purchase evidence may contain product identifiers, transaction identifiers and receipt information. These records support purchase verification, duplicate-reward prevention and purchased-item access.
Whip Mitt uses Unity LevelPlay with ironSource Ads and Unity Ads when advertising is enabled. Depending on privacy choices, age-related restrictions and applicable law, these services may process device and installation identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, device/software details, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, ad views and interactions, and diagnostics. They use this information to deliver and measure advertisements, manage frequency, prevent fraud and support their services.
Advertising information can be processed by the provider and its service, advertising and bidding partners. We do not operate a separate business selling player contact details. Provider handling and privacy rights are described in Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
On Android, purchases are processed through Google Play using Unity In-App Purchasing. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Google and Unity may process billing records and service data. Unity IAP 5.4 and later identifies default processing that includes installation, player and session identifiers, device details and country. Purchase handling is separate from optional advertising consent.
Provider information: Google Privacy Policy and Unity privacy policy.
Whip Mitt is intended for teenagers and adults aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game or a support request, contact cameronsenterprise.games@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion of information we control where required.
Players aged 13–17 should involve a parent or guardian when purchases or permission are required. Advertising privacy treatment and consent eligibility depend on applicable regional requirements; being 13 or older does not automatically authorize personalized advertising.
Where required, we request a separate privacy choice before optional advertising data processing. An introductory Continue or Agree button acknowledging this policy is not blanket consent to personalized ads. Refusing optional advertising consent will not prevent basic gameplay. The game provides a Settings privacy-policy link and, when the advertising consent service is configured, a Privacy Choices control to review or change supported preferences. Any withdrawn choice applies to future processing; provider retention obligations can still apply to earlier records.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request and investigate the reported issue. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, especially information about a child.
Local progress and purchase records remain while the game’s app data is retained. On Android, clearing Whip Mitt’s app storage removes its local data; uninstalling ordinarily removes it as well. Operating-system backup or restore can restore some data. Clearing data can erase progress and local purchased-coin records and does not cancel or refund purchases. Store transaction history is controlled by Google Play.
For information sent directly to us, email cameronsenterprise.games@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. We retain support records only as reasonably needed to resolve requests and meet applicable legal, security or dispute requirements. We cannot directly erase all records independently held by Google or Unity; requests concerning their records should also use their privacy channels. Providers have their own retention periods, and some records may be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
We use app storage and purchase-verification safeguards to reduce unauthorized access and duplicate grants. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence under their own policies and applicable safeguards.
We may update this policy when game features, providers or requirements change. We will update the date and provide an additional in-game notice or choice when needed.
These terms apply to Whip Mitt, provided by Cameron’s Enterprise. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game. Acknowledging the Privacy Policy does not itself authorize optional advertising data processing.
Whip Mitt is intended for ages 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, a parent or guardian must authorize your use and any purchases where required by applicable law.
You may install and play an authorized copy of Whip Mitt for personal, non-commercial use. The game, original artwork, audio and code remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law grants you.
Do not use unauthorized modifications to obtain purchased items, falsify receipts or transactions, exploit the game to commit fraud, distribute unauthorized copies, or interfere with game or provider services. Contact support to report bugs or purchase problems.
Gameplay tokens and purchased coins are separate balances. Purchased coins can be used for eligible in-game store items. Virtual balances and items have no cash redemption value, are not investments and cannot be transferred or traded outside the game. Store descriptions identify what a purchase includes.
Prices and applicable taxes are shown through Google Play before purchase. Purchases are optional and must be authorized by the relevant payment-account holder. Do not purchase without permission to use that account.
Remove Ads disables the game’s interstitial advertisements. It does not remove voluntarily selected rewarded advertisements. Rewarded advertisements are optional and may provide the described in-game continuation after the provider confirms successful completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed; it can depend on connection, region, privacy choices and provider availability.
Non-consumable purchases, such as Remove Ads, can be checked or restored where supported using the purchasing store account. Consumable coin balances and game progress are stored locally. Clearing app storage, changing devices or reinstalling may erase progress and consumable balances; automatic cross-device transfer or recovery of previously consumed purchases is not promised. Contact support with the relevant Google Play order identifier if a purchase is missing. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and Google Play’s refund policies. You can request a refund through Google Play or contact us about a purchase problem. Nothing in these terms removes statutory refund or consumer rights. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose their corresponding entitlement where the store reports the change and the game supports reconciliation.

We may provide fixes, new levels or changes to game balance and presentation. Numbered content, online advertisements, purchases and compatibility may change over time. The game does not promise an unlimited supply of new numbered campaign levels or uninterrupted third-party services. Changes affecting purchases remain subject to applicable consumer protections.
We take reasonable care in providing the game but cannot promise that it will be free of every bug or interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized modifications, device failures or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these terms as the game or its services change. The updated date will appear on this page. Material changes will be brought to your attention when appropriate; any consent required by law will be requested separately.
For game support, purchase problems, privacy requests or questions about these terms, email cameronsenterprise.games@gmail.com.
