# Privacy Policy for Lucid Drift

Cameron's Enterprise ("we," "us," or "our") provides the mobile game **Lucid Drift** (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Game, why it may be processed, and the choices available to you.
## 1. Information processed through the Game
Lucid Drift does not require you to create an account or directly provide your name, postal address, phone number, or email address to play.
The Game may store gameplay information locally on your device, such as settings, progress, high scores, selected cosmetics, virtual currency balances, purchase-entitlement status, and tutorial or reward status.
Third-party services integrated into the Game may automatically process information including:
- device and application identifiers, which may include the Android Advertising ID where available;
- general device information, operating-system version, language, app version, and approximate location inferred from an IP address;
- advertising interactions, such as whether an advertisement was requested, displayed, viewed, clicked, completed, or rewarded;
- diagnostic information, performance data, crash-related information, and error logs; and
- purchase information needed to process, verify, restore, or prevent duplication of in-app purchases. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card or banking details.
The exact information processed can depend on your device settings, region, consent choices, the services available in your country, and how you interact with the Game.
## 2. How information is used
Information may be used to:
- provide and operate the Game;
- save progress, settings, unlocks, and purchase entitlements;
- deliver rewarded and interstitial advertisements;
- provide earned in-game rewards after eligible rewarded advertisements;
- process, verify, restore, and protect in-app purchases;
- manage privacy and advertising-consent choices;
- prevent fraud, abuse, invalid advertising activity, and duplicate purchase fulfillment;
- diagnose crashes, errors, performance problems, and compatibility issues; and
- comply with legal, regulatory, platform, and security obligations.
## 3. Advertising and consent
Lucid Drift uses **Google AdMob** to provide advertisements, including rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising data, IP-derived approximate location, diagnostics, and interactions with advertisements in accordance with your consent choices, applicable law, device settings, and Google's policies.
Where required, the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request, store, and manage advertising-consent choices. Depending on your location and the options available to you, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized. You can revisit available consent choices through the Game's **Privacy Choices** control when that control is required and available.
Completing a rewarded advertisement is optional. If you choose not to watch a rewarded advertisement, you may continue using the parts of the Game that do not require that optional reward.

## 4. In-app purchases
Lucid Drift may offer optional digital purchases through **Google Play Billing**, such as virtual currency, cosmetic items, maps, content unlocks, or removal of eligible advertisements.
Google Play processes the payment transaction. We may receive transaction status, product identifier, purchase token or order information, and other verification data needed to grant and restore the purchased content and prevent duplicate fulfillment. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account information.
Google Play purchases are also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
## 5. Sharing of information
We do not sell information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address.
Information may be processed by or shared with service providers when needed to provide their services, including:
- **Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform**, for advertising, consent management, fraud prevention, measurement, and related operations;
- **Google Play and Google Play Billing**, for payment processing, purchase verification, entitlement delivery, and restoration; and
- technical or platform providers used to operate, secure, diagnose, or distribute the Game.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce applicable terms, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect users, the public, our rights, or the rights of others.
## 6. Data retention
Locally stored gameplay information generally remains on your device until it is overwritten, reset, or removed, or until the Game is uninstalled. Some purchase entitlements may be restored using records maintained by Google Play.
Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations. We retain any information available to us only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and purchase support.
## 7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent.
You may also:
- use the Game's **Privacy Choices** control when available;
- manage advertising preferences through your device settings and Google's advertising controls;
- reset or delete your device's advertising identifier where the operating system permits;
- decline optional rewarded advertisements;
- uninstall the Game to remove locally stored application data, subject to device and platform behavior; and
- contact us at cameronsenterprise.games@gmail.com with a privacy request.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before the withdrawal. Some information may need to be retained where required for transaction records, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations.
## 8. Children and families
Lucid Drift does not ask players to submit personal information directly through an account, chat, or profile system. Children should use the Game only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to us can contact cameronsenterprise.games@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
Advertising treatment, consent requests, and age-related settings must follow the audience selection and requirements configured for the Game in Google Play and AdMob. If the Game is offered to children or a mixed-age audience, additional Google Play Families and child-directed advertising requirements may apply.
## 9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information associated with the Game. However, no electronic transmission, device, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
## 10. International processing
Third-party providers may process information on servers located outside your country. Where required, those providers are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
## 11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, its services, legal requirements, or our practices. The revised policy will be posted at the same public location with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Game or its store listing where appropriate.
