This page explains how Jelly Sort handles information and the terms for using the game. Platform-specific features, advertising and purchases apply where available. Cameron’s Enterprise is the publisher name used to provide Jelly Shift.
Jelly Sort does not require a player account. The game stores progress, unlocked levels, the current puzzle, move history, sound and music settings, Reduced Motion preferences, equipped cosmetic styles, advertising preferences and hint balances on your device. Local records also include purchase and rewarded-ad identifiers to recognise ownership and prevent duplicate rewards.
We do not operate a Jelly Sort player-account or cloud-save server. Local progress and hint balances are not synchronised between devices by our game. Operating-system or app-store backup features, if applicable, are controlled by their own settings.
Jelly Sort uses Unity LevelPlay mediation with Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. When advertising is enabled, these services and their advertising partners may collect or receive device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device model and operating system, app and network information, ad impressions, video completions, clicks, advertising-related events, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention information.
This information is used to deliver and measure ads, operate bidding between ad sources, determine relevant advertising where permitted, prevent abuse, and maintain advertising services. Depending on the service and your choices, advertising information may be shared with advertisers, measurement providers and other partners described in the providers’ privacy notices. Certain advertising disclosures may constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable privacy laws.
Providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence under the protections described in their policies. The game does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location to play.
The game offers an Agree & Continue or Decline advertising choice. You can review or change it under Settings → Privacy & Ads. Declining prevents the game from starting ads. Withdrawing a previous agreement stops further ad loading and display by the game; it does not automatically erase information previously collected by advertising providers. Optional purchases remain available independently of advertising consent.
Additional choices may be available through an ad’s privacy controls, your device’s advertising settings, and the providers’ privacy tools. On supported Apple devices, tracking permission is controlled separately through the system permission prompt and device settings. Advertising agreement does not override a denied system tracking permission.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple’s App Store, as applicable, using Unity In-App Purchasing technology. The store, Unity and their relevant service providers may process transaction and billing information under their policies. The game receives purchase-related information, such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers and receipts or purchase tokens, to verify purchases, deliver items, recognise ownership and restore eligible purchases. Cameron’s Enterprise does not receive your full payment-card number or payment security code from the store.
If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you choose to provide, such as an issue description or order reference. We use it to respond, investigate problems and resolve purchase or privacy requests. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Local game data normally remains until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. Backups may remain under your device or store settings. Clearing local data can remove progress, preferences and hint balances. It does not delete store purchase history or information held by advertising providers.
We retain support correspondence only as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain relevant support records, address fraud or disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Advertising and payment providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related uses. Contact cameronsenterprise.games@gmail.com with “Jelly Sort Privacy Request” in the subject. We will assess and respond as required by applicable law and may request limited information necessary to identify your request. We cannot directly access or erase records independently controlled by a store or advertising provider, but can help identify the relevant provider and request route. You may also contact your applicable data-protection authority.
Jelly Sort has no player account to delete. Local-data deletion and third-party privacy requests remain available as described above.
We do not ask players to submit their age or create an account. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use, especially advertising and purchases, and follow the game’s store age guidance and applicable parental-consent requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Game records are kept within app storage, and purchases are processed through the applicable store. We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device, store account and access credentials.

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The revised date will appear above. We will provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
These terms govern your use of Jelly Sort. Use the game lawfully and comply with the applicable app-store terms. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review these terms and authorise your use and purchases where required.
You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the game and purchased content through the supported app and platform. The game, artwork, audio, software and branding belong to Cameron’s Enterprise or their respective licensors. Do not redistribute the game, bypass purchase verification, exploit reward systems, interfere with services, or use the game unlawfully. Rights allowed by applicable law are not restricted by this clause.
Jelly Sort is an untimed puzzle game where players move matching top groups of jellies between trays until each filled tray contains one jelly type. Restarting, changing devices, clearing app storage or reinstalling can affect progress and local balances. There is no publisher-operated cloud-save or cross-platform progress system. Updates may adjust levels, difficulty, presentation or supported devices. Advertising and store services depend on connectivity and third-party availability.
Rewarded videos are optional. A hint reward is delivered when the advertising service confirms the qualifying reward event and the game successfully saves it. Closing a video early or merely closing an ad does not guarantee a reward. Ad availability can vary. Remove Ads disables automatic interstitial ads; optional rewarded videos remain available when advertising is enabled by your privacy choice.
Prices and currency are shown through the applicable store before payment. Confirm the item and total before authorising a purchase. Permanent upgrades can be restored where supported using the same store account and platform, subject to valid ownership. Cross-platform purchase transfer is not provided.
Hint packs are no longer offered for new purchases in the current in-game store. Existing hint credits remain usable, and previously pending purchases may still be fulfilled. Optional rewarded ads can provide hint credits after the qualifying reward is confirmed. A credit is spent only when a valid next move is revealed. Remaining local hint balances are not restored through the permanent-purchase restore function after clearing data or reinstalling.
The Deluxe Bundle contains Remove Ads, Jelly Collections Pack, Background Pack, Board Style Pack and Celebration Pack. It does not include hints. Previously owned items do not provide automatic credit or a bundle discount. Review the contents before purchasing.
Refunds are subject to the applicable store’s refund process and your legal rights. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund or consumer rights. A refunded or revoked purchase may lose its associated entitlement. For help, contact us with the game name and relevant order reference, without providing payment-card details.
We aim to provide a working game, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or recovery of every local save. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use or unavailability of the game. This limitation does not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not guarantee that every future item or expansion is included in an existing purchase; the purchased item’s description defines its contents.
We may update these terms as the game evolves. The updated version and date will be published on this page, with additional notice or agreement where required by law.
