This policy covers information handled through Jelly Sort, including its game, advertising, purchases and support. Platform-specific services apply only where available. The Android package identifier may remain com.cameronsenterprise.jellyshift; this identifies the same app now called Jelly Sort.
Jelly Sort does not require a player account. The game stores puzzle progress, unlocked levels, the current board, move history, completion records, mastery stars, best move counts, sound and music settings, Reduced Motion preferences, equipped cosmetics, advertising choices and hint credits on your device. Local records also include purchase-related identifiers, rewarded-ad identifiers, revealed-hint receipts and game-end identifiers/counters. These records help recognise ownership, prevent duplicate rewards or charges and manage advertising frequency.
We do not operate a Jelly Sort player-account or cloud-save server. Our game does not synchronise local progress or hint balances between devices. Device or app-store backups, if available, are controlled by their own services and settings.
Jelly Sort uses Unity LevelPlay mediation with Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. When advertising is enabled, these services and their advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, including Android Advertising ID where available; IP address; approximate location inferred from IP address; device model and operating system; app and network information; ad impressions, clicks and video completions; and diagnostic or fraud-prevention events.
Providers use this information to deliver and measure advertisements, operate mediation and bidding, determine relevant advertising where permitted, detect fraud and maintain their services. Depending on the provider and your choices, information may be shared with advertisers, measurement services and other partners identified in the provider policies. Some advertising disclosures may constitute “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws.
Where Unity runtime or diagnostic services are enabled in a particular build, they may also process technical device, app-version, crash and performance information to diagnose problems and improve stability. The advertising choice controls our use of advertising services; it does not disable store processing or every non-advertising diagnostic service.
Jelly Sort gameplay does not require your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location. Provider processing is governed by the relevant provider policies, which describe additional information, safeguards and choices.
The game offers Agree & Continue and Decline for advertising. You can review or change the choice in Settings → Privacy & Ads. Declining prevents the game from starting advertising services. Withdrawing agreement prevents further ad requests and display by the game; it does not automatically delete information already held by a provider. Optional purchases remain available independently of advertising consent.
Additional choices may be available in an advertisement’s privacy controls, your device advertising settings and the providers’ privacy tools. On supported Apple devices, tracking permission is controlled separately by the system prompt and settings; an in-game advertising choice does not override denied system tracking permission. Availability of particular choices depends on your platform and region.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple’s App Store, where supported, using Unity In-App Purchasing technology. The store, Unity and their relevant providers may process billing and transaction information under their policies. The game receives product identifiers, transaction identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens and purchase status to verify and fulfil purchases, recognise ownership and restore eligible permanent purchases. Cameron’s Enterprise does not receive your full payment-card number or payment security code from the store.
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as an issue description or order reference. We use this information to respond, investigate issues and handle purchase or privacy requests. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Local game data normally remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the game. Doing so can remove progress, preferences and remaining hint credits. Backups may remain under device or store settings. Clearing local data does not remove store purchase history or records held by advertising providers.
We retain support correspondence only as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain relevant support records, address fraud or disputes and meet legal obligations. Stores, advertising networks and other providers retain their records according to their own policies and obligations.
Jelly Sort has no publisher-operated player account to delete. You can remove its local data using your device’s app-storage controls. For requests about information you sent to us, email cameronsenterprise.games@gmail.com with “Jelly Sort Privacy Request” in the subject. We cannot directly erase information independently controlled by a store or advertising provider, but can help identify the appropriate provider and request route.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising uses. Contact cameronsenterprise.games@gmail.com. We will assess requests and respond as required by applicable law, and may request limited information needed to identify the request. You may also contact your applicable data-protection authority.
Providers may process information outside your country of residence under the safeguards described in their policies. Local game records are held in app storage, and payments are handled by the applicable store. We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but cannot guarantee the security of every device, transmission or storage method. Protect your device and store account.
We do not ask players to submit their age or create a game account. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the game, advertisements and purchases, follow the store’s age guidance and parental controls, and provide any consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately through our game or support, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Advertising and purchase availability may differ where age-related or platform restrictions apply.

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The revised date will appear above. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required.
These terms govern your use of Jelly Sort. Use the game lawfully and comply with the applicable app-store terms. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, your parent or guardian must review these terms and authorise your use and purchases where required. Advertising consent is a separate choice and does not replace any legally required permission.
You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the game and purchased content through the supported app and platform. The game, artwork, audio, software and branding belong to Cameron’s Enterprise or their respective licensors. Do not redistribute the game, bypass purchase verification, exploit reward systems, interfere with services or use the game unlawfully. Rights allowed by applicable law are not restricted by this clause.
Jelly Sort is an untimed tray-sorting puzzle game. Players tap a source tray and then a valid destination to transfer matching jellies from the top, limited by available space. Some jelly types may fill more than one tray. Undo and Restart are available without buying cosmetics.
Progress, current puzzles and hint credits are stored locally. Changing devices, clearing storage, reinstalling or restoring an older backup may affect them. There is no publisher-operated cloud-save or cross-platform progress system. Updates may change puzzle layouts, difficulty, presentation and supported devices. An updated layout may restart an unfinished puzzle while retaining unlocked progression and purchases. A mastery move target is a checked solution target and is not necessarily the shortest possible solution.
Rewarded advertisements are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising service confirms the qualifying event and the game successfully saves it. Merely closing an advertisement or skipping it does not guarantee a reward. A hint credit is deducted only when a valid next move is revealed. An already revealed hint for the same board may be shown again without another credit deduction.
Automatic interstitials may appear at natural breaks, such as leaving a completed level or returning Home from an unfinished level. The updated game attempts an interstitial after every two combined wins or unfinished returns Home. Delivery depends on availability, connectivity, your advertising choice and purchase ownership. An unavailable or failed ad may be retried at a later game-end transition.
Remove Ads disables automatic interstitial advertisements; optional rewarded hints remain available when you have enabled advertising. Advertising services and reward availability are not guaranteed. Undo and Restart remain available when ads are unavailable or declined.
Purchases are optional and are not required to complete the puzzles. Prices and currency are shown by the applicable store before payment. Review the item and total before authorising a purchase. Permanent purchases may be restored where supported using the same store account and platform, subject to valid ownership. Cross-platform purchase transfers are not provided.
The Jelly Collections Pack includes the Jelly Garden, Sugar Carnival and Royal Gems collections. The Deluxe Bundle includes Remove Ads, the Jelly Collections Pack, Background Pack, Board Style Pack and Celebration Pack. It does not include hints. Previously owned items do not automatically provide credit or a bundle discount. The description shown for an item defines its included content; an existing purchase does not automatically include every future expansion.
Hint packs are no longer offered for new purchases in the current in-game store. Existing hint credits remain usable, and previously pending hint-pack purchases may still be fulfilled. Hint credits and virtual items have no cash redemption value and cannot be transferred through the game. Consumed purchases and remaining local hint balances are not restored through the permanent-purchase restore function after clearing data or reinstalling.
Refunds follow the applicable store’s process and your legal rights. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund or consumer rights. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose their associated entitlement. We aim to provide a working game, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or recovery of every local save. Ads, purchases and other online services depend on connectivity and third-party availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use or unavailability of the game. This does not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as the game evolves. The revised version and date will appear on this page, with additional notice or agreement where required by law.
