• Getting tours, like at the Abalone Farm, Waste Water Treatment in Goleta, Transfer Station - and thinking about how such places could support STEM teaching & learning

• Going on hikes together 

• Guest speakers and panels (teachers, scientists, educators, graduate students, etc.)
