Ferroic Thin Films @ CSUSB

We are interested in the physics of how new material properties can be engineered in thin film (on the nanometer range) systems. We have a focus on magnetic, ferroelectric, and related properties in complex oxides. Our lab is part of the CSUSB Center for Advanced Functional Materials and we often collaborate with other faculty members and dip our toes into the world of organic ferroelectric and piezoelectrics.
