NORTHERN UTAH - DIVISION 15
Division 15 held their annual social on October 11, at the Tooele Valley Railroad Museum. The Division ponied up for food, and families were all invited. We had a nice turnout of around 50 people, and the Trackers graciously hosted tours of their club layout and the grounds. A fun time was had by all.
Monthly meets continue to be reasonably well attended, with a rough average of 25-30 people each month. Our meets are held the third Saturday of each month at 3pm at the Pioneer Valley Hospital, and last two hours.
November 7th begins our annual train show, Wasatch Rails, at the Salt Lake County Fairgrounds.
Elections for a new Board of Directors will take place at the December meet, and we will be voting for a new Superintendent and two directors for a two-year term, beginning Jan 1, 2015. We will also be voting for a new Clerk (formerly "Assistant Superintendent") and Treasurer and two more Directors to serve a special one-year term in order to bring our election cycle into full compliance with our new Bylaws.
