DIFFERENT PEOPLE SAME SPOT.

The monochrome images in this project encapsulate the raw emotions of people going about their daily life in my neighbourhood.

Each photograph captures a moment frozen in time at almost the same spot, reveals the vulnerability and authenticity of the subject, who bares their soul to the lens. 

Skillfully using sunlight to convey the depth of the subjects' feelings and to highlight the contrasts in their experiences. 

From the focus stare of a young man to the defiant gaze of another, each portrait tells a unique story of struggle and resilience in my neighbourhood.
