CALEB ISHAYA OSESHI
Caleb Ishaya Oseshi is a documentary photographer whose practice centers on visual storytelling, social memory, and the everyday realities of everyday life. Working primarily in public spaces and community settings, he uses photography as a tool to observe human interactions, culture, and the ordinary moments of life. His work explores the relationship between people and their environments. He sometimes loves to explore the concept of Landscape and nature photography.
Caleb’s photographs have been published in platforms including SYNCHRONIZED CHAOS, Watershed Review, Sunlight Press, and other international outlets. He has exhibited his work in Nigeria, Finland, and the United States and has contributed to cultural and research-based projects, including his role as a Research Photographer with the Kaduna Fashion and Art Exhibition (KAFART) and MacArthur Foundation; documenting The indigenous People of Abuja. Caleb is also a participant in the UNESCO World Heritage Volunteer Program.
He is a Member of the African Photojournalism Database(APJD), a contributor for Ninthgrid Photo platform. He is a Photography Educator and has also worked as a Teaching Assistant for International Center of Photography(ICP).
