I suggest you apply primarily to private schools because they cost the same regardless of residency, and they have more freedom in how they can give out money. This means they are more likely to give money to people that are not US citizens.

You may complete your RDS to submit applications but you will be considered out-of-state.

DACA and undocumented students do not qualify for in-state tuition, federal or state aid in NC.
